Who we are Since 1988, PFLAG Winston-Salem has been providing support to the Winston-Salem and Forsyth County area by helping LGBTQ+ individuals, their families, and friends through support - to cope with an adverse society, education - to enlighten an ill-informed public, and advocacy - to end discrimination and secure equal rights for everyone. | Our programs PFLAG Winston-Salem hosts monthly support group meetings that are confidential and aimed at sharing experiences to help one another cope with LGBTQ+ or related issues, questions, and concerns. Additionally, PFLAG Winston-Salem hosts educational events, social events, and fundraisers. We also partner with other community organizations to host special events and workshops.
